If there are ten cats on a boat and one jumps off, how many cats are left on the boat? None! They were copy cats.

I am at my nanny’s at the moment and Granddad isn’t happy about me being on his pooter so it isn’t going to be a long post today. Mom sent me some photos of The Divine Miss M at our house and she looks very comfy and very pretty ( I think she looks real lush for an older woman I must say, Mom thinks I have a bit of The Graduate complex whatever that is ). I won’t meet her until tomorrow and if I knew how to sort photos out on this strange pooter I would put some up but you will have to wait until I am home again. Mom managed to give Miss M her insoolin jection ok but I think she was scared of hurting Mollypops but she didn’t fankfully. Anyway Gramps is waiting to take me for my pootle so I will have to run.

The Divine Miss M

Well I finally saw Miss Molly last night and she looks luvvly, she is not what you would call classically beautiful but she has a cheeky face and a glint in her eyes like mine. The fact she can’t see does not matter at all. Mom went and collected her special shirt today and it is a very girly pink with silver words on. She also bought a nice new dog bed big enough for two Wooffooo ! I am off to my nanny’s tomorrow as Mom has to go have her jollop at the hopsital and she is usually a bit sore afterwards so I stay at nanny’s so I don’t bounce her. I can’t say I mind as I have great fun getting chased by granddad round the garden. Mom has told me he has planted some new flowers so I get to eat the colourful bits off them it really annoys granddad and makes him chase me which makes my nanny laugh so much she almost tinkles. Whoops she won’t be pleased I told you all that, hopefully she won’t find out though.

Before I go I want to share another picture of The Divine Miss Molly

She does look like she enjoys a tummy rub don’t you think?

If there are ten cats on a boat and one jumps off, how many cats are left on the boat? None! They were copy cats.

Well Nanny and Granddad turned up very early Mom wasn’t even out of bed ( although we had already been up at silly o’ clock as usual but we went back to bed ‘cos’ I was chilly ) and Daddy Steve hadn’t left for that place he goes every day. They took me to the fur-dresser and dropped me off. Boy did Mom feel silly as she realised that Miss Molly’s vet is at the same place as the fur-dresser talk about a paid-for-by-lemon-growers-to-foster-lemon-awareness . Anyway I had a blast there lots of doglets to talk to which was nice. Thankfully I have not ended up looking like a teddy bear but Mom asked her to do it shorter than I have had. She say she wants to see my adorable little face for longer and it does look rather nice even if I do woof so myself. What do you think ?

2 I was tired after all that being fussed over.

my new do

Do you think this ‘do’ makes my nose look big?

I won’t be able to blog on Friday as I am staying at Nanny’s because Mom is at the hospital in the morning and Miss Molly arrives in the afternoon and Mom thinks it may be easier for The Divine Miss M to get her bearings a little easier without me here and I don’t mind too much because I get mega spoiled at Nanny’s house. I get to meet her on Saturday and I am very nervous about meeting her as I am not a very confident doglet. Hopefully Miss M will help me with that as I have heard she is quite independent once she has worked out where all the furniture is.

I have had a lovely snuggle with Mom tonight and Daddy Steve took a picture and I really like but I know Mom won’t but I will let you decide for yourself ( no treats for me for a few days for doing this…………… Mom will not be happy about it )

Photo209 I do love my mom and my Mom loves me too.

On that note I am off for a piddle in the garden now.

I just checked on TLDR and there are pictures of Miss Molly at last and Oh my I have a crush she is so lovely, I have a feeling we will get on just fine

Miss Molly 1  May I introduce The Divine Miss Molly

A man runs into the vet clinic with his dog. The doctor says "What seems to be the problem?" The man, frantic, says, "Well, he just isn't acting right, Doc. Can you do something for him?" At this point, a cat comes sauntering into the room. The cat walks in a circle around the dog, checking him out. "Oh, don't mind him, that's my cat", says the doctor. "Anyway, your dog seems to be okay now. Take these pills and give them to him once a day. Call if you have any more problems."

Well, the dog recovered nicely. A few days later, the man receives the vet's bill in the mail. $10.00 for medicine, $450.00 for lab tests.

The man rushes to the phone-calls the doctor.

"Doctor! This bill! I'm sure you didn't run any lab tests! I don't understand! What's the $450.00 for??"

The doctor replies, "Oh, sure, that's for the cat scan."

What has more lives than a cat? A frog because it croaks every night.

It has been a lovely bright sunny day here today so I have been and out of the garden all day long which has been really nice. The only thing that spoilt it was a constant banging, thumping and crashing from next door which kept making me jump and making me run inside but I got used to it after a while. I had mom chasing me round the patio today which I thought was a great game but she was only after the sock of Daddy Steve’s that she had dropped when she was hanging out the washing. She is so naughty though as she did call me some very rude names. My tummy has settled down again and the new food that is being mixed with my chicken certainly seems to have helped.

I have been looking on the interweb for a new hair do as I am off to get my fur fluffed tomorrow and I have come across some very odd looking cuts I can tell you.1 I didn’t even realise this was another doglet I thought it was a teddy bear, I won’t be having this cut that’s for sure but I do want to go a bit shorter this time.I rather like the look of this one 5 I think it will suit me don’t you ?

Daddy Steve was home earlier than usual which was lovely and I did my little ‘oooohhh I am soooooo pleased to see you’ dance for him. I think he really likes it when I do and I do like to make him smile. I am getting somewhat excited by the fact Miss Molly will soon be here but I am getting a fluttery tummy at the same time. I think Nanny is worrying about it but Mom thinks it will be fine and I tend to agree with her it will be ok but it will take a few days of adjustment like my Mom says.

I think that’s about it for now I am sending Mom for a bath now as we have an early start as Granddad is collecting us after he has taken Daddy Ben to school so we need to be ready early. Mom does dither around sometime it can be really annoying when I want to do something and she is faffing about so I have to be quite firm with her like now.

If lights run on electricity and cars run on gas, what do cats run on? Their paws.

Mom and me have had a snuggly day today as my tummy has been a bit hinky but it does do that from time to time. Mom popped out to get me some food that was recommended on TLDR forum boards but me being me turned my nose up so mom has mixed my chicken in with it and I might just might give it a try later on. Mom had a call from TLDR and Miss Molly not only has diabetes but she does have Cushions as well but she is still coming to stay here but it means Mom has to give Miss M jections twice a day and maybe little round things too but it depends on what is decided for the best for her. But Mom and me say she can stay as long as she likes ! When she popped out Mom got me a really smart new collar in pale blue cammo design and it looks pawesome on me I will get Mom to take a photo when I am back from my furdresser on Wednesday. I am not going to woof on to much now as Daddy Steve will be here any second and I have to get on the window sill to stand guard looking out for him. Hope you have all had a springy bouncy kind of day.

How do cats eat spaghetti ? The same as everyone else - they put it in their mouths!

I gave Daddy Steve mahoosive luvs when he got in last night, I was so, so pleased to see him and even though he didn’t take me on my pre bed pootle I didn’t mind too much. He has been away all day again today so he is for some serious licks when he gets back

My mom is really pooped today , I woke her up at 3.30 am BUT I had an excellent reason I heard a very hinky noise in the garden so of course I needed to investigate and check that all my grass was still where it should be and that no one had grass-napped it. Thankfully all was as it should be so I snaffled some chicken down and took her back to bed again. But then I woke her up again at what she calls silly o’ clock and we stayed up then. But we did have a mid morning snooze, I don’t mind us having a snooze in the day because I know Mom needs her rest as she still isn’t better yet. I will know when she is better ‘cos’ the fur on her head will grow back. She tries to hide it from everyone but I am the only one who sees when it does get her down and I give her huge, mahoosive, gigantersaurous snuggles and luvs which always makes her feel happier again. She calls me her best medicine but I’m not too sure what that means but she makes it clear to me that it is a good thing.

We went out for a toddle a while ago and I saw the most biggest doglet in the world, he was gigernormous ! I didn’t even come close to his knees, he was very interested in my behind but I wasn’t having any of it and hid behind my Mom while she gave him a fuss. I wasn’t impressed with her at all but she gave me a treat when we walked away. I was really good and sat at the step before the wheely things path and Mom was very pleased with me. So all in all a good day was had by us all.  Ohh yes nearly forgot Fred and Wilma came round last night which was sooper dooper as I really like them and I always get such a fuss from Wilma. She is lovely and she has lots of fur on her head unlike Mom and she is very smiley too and I like that a lot.

Ohh Moms talky thing just went off and Daddy Steve is on his way home Yippee. I have to go now and look out the window for him.

HELP WANTED

A local business was looking for office help. They put a sign in the window, stating the following: "HELP WANTED. Must be able to type, must be good with a computer and must be bilingual. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer."

A short time afterwards, a dog trotted up to the window, saw the sign and went inside. He looked at the receptionist and wagged his tail, then walked over to the sign, looked at it and whined. Getting the idea, the receptionist got the office manager. The office manager looked at the dog and was surprised, to say the least. However, the dog looked determined, so he lead him into the office.

Inside, the dog jumped up on the chair and stared at the manager. The manager said "I can't hire you. The sign says you have to be able to type." The dog jumped down, went to the typewriter and proceeded to type out a perfect letter. He took out the page and trotted over to the manager and gave it to him, then jumped back on the chair.

The manager was stunned, but then told the dog "the sign says you have to be good with a computer." The dog jumped down again and went to the computer.

The dog proceeded to enter and execute a perfect program, that worked flawlessly the first time. By this time the manager was totally dumb-founded! He looked at the dog and said "I realize that you are a very intelligent dog and have some interesting abilities. However, I still can't give you the job."

The dog jumped down and went to a copy of the sign and put his paw on the sentences that told about being an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The manager said "yes, but the sign also says that you have to be bilingual."

The dog looked at the manager calmly and said, "Miaow!"
